Zumba, Zumba Gold & Senior Seated class.
Following the Zumba rhythms of salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, tango and at a slower pace for the Zumba Gold. A mixture of music with set routines that gets updated throughout the year. Working on fitness, balance and coordination with variations given throughout the class for the student to work at their own pace. A fun and friendly class building new friendships along the way.
Senior seated exercise class can be the whole class seated or parts standing. A mixture of music is used throughout the class to include warm-ups working on fitness, coordination and strengthening exercises, balance and controlled movements to improve core stability and cooldown working on breathing and slow stretches.
